Office Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a local client located in Delmar, NY looking for a qualified Office Coordinator. This is a temporary position with a great client! This position is part time 9:00a-1:00p Monday - Friday. The pay rate ranges from $15.00-$17.00 an hour depending on experience.

Job Duties:
Manage multiple communication methods for a well-established including social media, weekly bulletins, newsletters, calendars and the website. The successful candidate will collaborate with others on many activities within the office.  Must be a reliable self-starter, detailed oriented with excellent communication and secretarial skills and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.  A willingness to learn and manage specific church database programs is also required.

Requirements: 
 -  Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years Office Administration experience        with social media focus;.
 - Experience with Microsoft Office
 - Able to create bulletins and update client web page
