Office Manage/ Customer Service Representative

Customer Service/Office Manager job includes:

  • Handle incoming calls with a focus on booking and scheduling inbound phone leads and email leads with a set expected conversion rate
  • Collecting all relevant customer account information
  • Recording in-depth notes on customer needs and specifications
  • Learn, communicate, and set expectations for the customer according to company policy and procedure in regards to what they can expect from their scheduled service call
  • Responsible for collecting survey, reviews and referrals using company systems and happy calls when jobs are complete
  • Responsible for scheduling incoming work orders
  • Managing email
  • Learn and Understand the business and the industry
  • Manage the dispatch board
  • Responsible for ensuring the right service expert is on the right job
  • Prioritizing jobs in order to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue
  • Confirming calls with customers
  • Responsible for scheduling incoming work orders and managing email
  • Communicates directly with Owner

  • Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shift
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
  • Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
  • Must be self-motivated!
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in this role

    We have openings on 8:00 am-5:00 pm; might need to work some overtime


    Pay for this position is $16.00 hr plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
