Office Management/Accounting

Our client, located in Marietta, GA, is looking for qualified candidates with both Accounting and Office Management experiences of 3-5 years in the Atlanta area. 

Schedule will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Can be flexible. $16/hr

Korean or Spanish language skills a plus.

Position Summary:

Perform duties of an office clerical occupation with miscellaneous office management duties and tasks. Duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures put in place and may include a combination of corporate events, new hire & employee support, travel accommodations for executives and managers, maintenance of companywide utility accounts, business license renewal, expatriate employee support etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • New Hire & Active Employee Support
  • Biz Card ordering and processing
  • Company cell phone/Tablet support
  • Uber Account/Billing
  • Staples Account/Billing
  • Manage Access Key (Office, Building, Parking)
  • Prepare and manage company events and activities;
  • Monthly & Quarterly Birthday Luncheon
  • Corporate event (Picnic, Family Day, Christmas, Halloween, Chuseok, etc.)
  • Utility and office equipment management for CDC, RDCs and Corporate Office (SAP Park docs included)
  • File for Business License for companywide branches and warehouses.
  • Prepare and process monthly end closing (Invoice & Office Rent Expense – ATL & Troy)
  • Support President & VIP Guest Visit
  • Travel Accommodation

  • Company Car Support
  • Corporate Office
  • Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
  • Maintain inventory of office forms
  • Create internal forms and write procedures
  • Communicate with customers or employees to distribute information
  • Fill out purchase requisitions
  • Write business correspondence
  • Support HQ General Affairs Duties
  • Other duties as assigned.
