Pay rate: up tp $23.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8Am-5PM)

Job Description/Requirements:

The Office Manager plays a key role in making sure an office is running smoothly and requires significant leadership, communication and organization skills.

Responsible for overseeing administrative support and coordinating support activities.
Additional responsibilities may include training new and existing employees in office procedures, telephone systems, office equipment, new equipment, and computer software.
Office Manager is also in charge of managing the kitchen, office supplies, and the facilities in the office.
Will support three leaders and report to the Sr. Vice President's Executive Assistant. Will also support the exec. assistant as needed.
Office Manager works daily with the Executive Assistant to ensure internal and external visitors are setup for success and help with any arrangements.
Office Manager will also supports the sales and client services teams with sales contracts and entering data into systems.
Office Manager must be self-sufficient, self-started, motivated and hardworking. They must be able to work well under high pressure, multiple interruptions, and being able to stay focused.
