Responsibilities for the Office Manager in Cincinnati, OH include:

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, bank deposits and other important documents
Perform monthly account reconciliation and in-depth research on discrepancies
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Provide support for projects related to ongoing office operations
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Vendor payment entry and processing
First point of contact for visitors, vendors and all phone calls
Payroll processing including employee deductions, taxes & garnishments
Employee benefit administration, human resource functions
Administration of in-house employee training/self-improvement program
Office maintenance
Supply replenishment
Social media management, website maintenance
All other duties assigned by management


Qualifications:

Associates Degree or equivalent related work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience with ComputerEase is a major plus
Strong time management, organization and project skills
Data entry/clerical experience
Must work well with management and pitch ideas to benefit the company
Proficient computer skills (oriented with Microsoft Office)
3-5 years relevant experience in the construction industry desired
Accounting/Financial background highly desired
Certified Notary desired
