Responsibilities & Details:          

  • Responsible for overseeing administrative support and coordinating support activities
  • Accounts Receivable & processing electronic invoicing - MUST
  • Additional responsibilities/duties may be assigned, such as filing
  • Office Manager plays a key role in making sure an office is running smoothly and requires significant communication and organization skills.



  • Strong computer and software skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Publisher)
  • Professional, polite, concise communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment


Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm
