Our client, a small cleaning business based in Linthicum is seeking a new Office Manager. This position will be on a temp to hire basis and a successful probation period may result in an offer of full time employment.

Client customer service
Collection of payments
Managing incoming calls
Dispatch of crews
Scheduling of jobs
Handling time sheets and payroll
Create spread sheets using MS Excel

Must be personable and diplomatic, able to work with blue collar workers but also manage relationships with high level clients
Willingness to learn
Not afraid to ask clients for referrals
Must be able to create 10 tab Spread sheets in MS Excel including use of formulas
Flexibility to work paid overtime when needed.
