Responsibilities:

-Accounting Manager will handle the coding and paying of Vendor Invoices.

-Accountant will handle the entering of customer payments into the Microsoft Dynamics accounting system.

-Will assist with tracking budget to actual for negotiated project estimates to customer billing amounts. --Interface with customers regarding any billing inquiries.

-Prepare quarterly sales tax returns.

-Will handle month end reporting and Bank reconciliations

-Inter company invoicing and reconciliations

 

Requirements:

-Office Manager Experience

-3 to 5 year of accounting experience

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance

-Detail oriented and strong communication and organization skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Dynamic is a plus)
