Who we are:

We are assisting a top client in the Chinese Investment Banking industry in their search for an experienced Office Manager. This company charges itself with being an established full-service investment bank that bases its framework on its research foundation for the development of investment banking, equities, FICC, wealth management, and investment management.

What You'll Do:


The successful candidate will be in charge of:


Engaging with key local stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide feedback and jointly address the issues within corporate functional teams.
Act as key interface with Corporate Finance, Legal and HR to implement and coordinate relevant matters for San Francisco Office.
Manage office Facility/Administration services
Collaboratively work with corporate functional teams of General Administration (Corporate Real Estate, Global Travel, Security, Procurement and Communications) to deliver the local services in line with corporate guidelines.
Proactively engage with Corporate Marketing to organize and support local business events and forums.
Conduct regular performance review to the suppliers and vendors mentioned above in-order-to negotiate favorable group discounts and identify savings.
Oversee office environment and seek opportunities to re-arrange and upgrade projects.
Prepare annual general expenses budget and monitors monthly general expenses in accordance with the approved budgets.
Develop a healthy working relationship with local organizations, related companies, and suppliers.
Organize office team building activities.
Manage and appraise local GA team’s performance and deliver orientation training to new joiners.
Lead point for all administrative matters among all offices globally.
Ad-hoc project management when requested by local management.

Who you’ll be:

Ideal candidates possess the following:



Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors


Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience


Bilingual in English and Mandarin


Competent Computer user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Pro-active professional with excellent interpersonal skills


Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure


Excellent organizational skills


Good communications skills (written and verbal)


Good negotiating skills


Knowledge of budgeting


Team player
