Office Manager

Type: Full-time (contract)
Length: 1-year with the possibility of an extension
Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 / HR
Shift/Hours: M-F – occasional Sat. based on business needs

Responsibilities for the Office Manager include:

  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and general administration of the team
  • Train, mentor, and guide staff to strengthen quality and efficiency metrics
  • Schedule all interviews with potential candidates, and in some cases, perform interviews
  • Create weekly schedule for the field operations and maintenance team
  • Support the daily operations through oversight and analysis
  • Improve processes on behalf of the team through project work
  • Keep team aware and updated on support policies by engaging with operations teams across the company and cascading the information to the local operation
  • Ensure all shifts are filled/covered in the event of call-offs, vacations, or no-shows
  • Report / maintain attendance history for local operation
  • Perform administrative related training for new team members Ensure data integrity in all applicable systems
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned
  •  Requirements to be considered for the Office Manager position:

  • Proficient in computer skills (Mac or PC): Gmail, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Prior experience coordinating scheduling, interacting with large staff
  • Team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 1 year of relevant team lead experience
  • Experience with When I Work platform is a plus
  • Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
  • Ability/Flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends
  • Self-starter, strong communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Must be able to make sound decisions with a high level of confidence / confidentiality
  • Must be able to lead and complete projects, as assigned
