Office Manager/ Strong Admin
This role has been created to help understand how the different departments do things to help improve processes. Our candidate will be documenting the procedures they are shown across multiple departments. Once they have the information they will formalize it and work directly with the superiors to discuss how the work is being done and help in the collaboration to come up with ideas for process improvements. This person will review and gather items and see how they relate to each other. Once this aspect of the job is complete this position will turn into more of an high level Admin role where they will provide oversight over the office and work closely with the managers to help them in the day to day operations. Should be computer savvy with experience in Excel (running formulas, creating spreadsheets) Quickbooks is also helpful. They will manage an Excel sheet tied to the receipts from pensions, 401k, insurance, etc.

Hours: 8am-5pm

Office Attire: Business Casual
