Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Office Services Associate in Baltimore, MD. This is a contract to hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Description:

Open the mail and scan it to the secretary in the morning

Post the mail at the end of the day, including sending FedEx packages
Preparing the pouch

Handle large printing and scanning projects

Create binders and other materials attorneys may need
Copy projects, such as, but not limited to, copying subpoenas to send out
Stock printer areas with paper
Return empty toner cartridges
Printing/processing documents when we get them from counsel on flash drives/CDs – under e-Discovery/litigation support services


Set up/clean up conference room after meetings, depositions, mediations, etc.

Stock the kitchen as necessary
Make sure all common areas have supplies and are maintained
Maintain the supply room and order items when needed
Put away supplies
Unload the dishwasher in the morning and run it at the end of the day
Handle IT issues (calling for service for copiers, printers, sometimes the front doors won’t lock, so handle things like that, etc.)


Qualifications:
The right candidate is someone who is a self-starter and experienced and polished enough they could be a Team Lead (as we are hoping to add more people down the line).
This is a law firm that needs all areas of Office Services (not limited to the above) covered. This candidate has Copy and mail experience, great customer service and software skills.
This is a brand new position so the right candidate will need to take charge and will be responsible and reliable for getting the new site up and running.

This is a Contract to Hire position starting at $19.00/hr. Hours of operation are from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
