Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Office Services Clerk in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate is someone that is seeking a long-term position and has previous experience in Print and Copy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Process and produce print/copy orders as requested.
Operate binding and other auxiliary equipment.
Duties include photocopying, scanning, copying documents to removable media, working with PDF, .JPG and .TIF formats, network shared folders, faxing, mail distribution, file room maintenance
Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation and routine maintenance.
Maintain equipment and supplies, to include cleaning and repairing.
Provide customer service, including problem solving to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision.
Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members.
Conference room set-up and clean-up, front desk coverage of phones at reception desk, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen facilities and ordering supplies.
Must be able to lift/move items weighing up to 50 lbs., such as storage boxes, computer equipment, etc. and for delivery/refilling of paper for copy machines throughout the office.
May be required to assist with light office moves, picture hanging and file cabinet organization.
Must be willing to train on light troubleshooting of computer hardware and network plug-in procedures. Local pick-up and delivery of packages is also a part of the position.


Requirements:


Experience as an Office Services Clerk in a law office or equivalent professional environment where legal documents are copied and scanned is required.
Candidates with a background working in a law office are preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Prior experience of Law and Adobe pre-print applications very helpful.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
For new hires, must meet all employment qualifications.
Professional appearance and attitude required.



This is a Contract to hire position and this has normal business hours of 8am-6pm.
