Adecco is currently assisting their premier client in finding a great person for a Client Services Associate role in Oakland, CA area. This position will perform duties in Reception as well as Hospitality. Apply today if you meet the qualifications below!

Answering/transferring calls using multi-line switchboard (required)
Setting up and cleaning conference rooms & kitchens before/after meetings and events.
Posting, sorting scanning and distributing mail and deliveries as needed.
Copy, scanning & printing of documents as requested by client using high volume copiers.
Process all outgoing UPS accountable mail.
Stocking and supplying various stations /kitchens throughout office
