Specific Duties:
1. Scan patient medical records into scan folder for indexing into Allscripts

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Medical terminology

Shift Start/End Time:8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Dress Code: scrubs or business casual

Pay rate could be $11 to $13 depending on experience.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (please be detailed on what they will be doing day to day, anything besides scanning?) They will be scanning in documents from the patients chart. The only other task they might help with is indexing the documents once they are scanned in.

What software skills are needed? Knowledge of how to open applications. We can teach how to scan documents.

What color scrubs are required, if they choose to wear them? As a temp, we would not require them to wear our color of scrubs but we would ask that the scrubs are solid neutral colors.

Will you be interviewing (face to face or phone) I would prefer a face to face interview.

Please confirm the worksite location - 1 for 695 Pecan Tree Lane, Green Valley; 1 for 1669 West Ina Road; and 1 for 1460 West Valencia Road. However, I expect the work in Green Valley and at the Ina location will only take a month or two. When they are finished at those locations, I would request that they spend the remaining time at 1460 West Valencia Road. This is our largest office with the most charts to scan.
