Responsibilities for this Office Support position include:

  • Familiar with computers Microsoft programs  (Excel, outlook),
  • Works with web based software programs
  • Basic math skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Can work under pressure
  • Can manage schedules and filing
  • Answer phones
  • Can work in a fast pace environment
  • Exposure to shipping / receiving - this is not monitory but would be very beneficial  
  • Dependable transportation
  • Can remain professional when dealing with difficult situations and or people (i.e. truck drivers) if the need arises.

Requirements:

  • Steel Toed Boots or Shoes required.
