Office Support


We are currently seeking two office support individuals.

  • Human Resource Assistant - long-term temporary on site at one of our client locations.
  • Office Assistant - short term temporary at our Adecco Branch located in Ewing

This individual will provide administrative support and should possess sourcing and staffing experience.


Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Complete orientation and onboarding/offboarding activities for all associates
  • Serve as single point of contact for all associate inquiries
  • Foster continuous associate satisfaction through formal and informal feedback and develop action plans as needed
  • Manage day to day operations related to employee relations such as attendance, sick time, assignment extensions and completions
  • Ensure payroll and related invoicing/adjustments are processed in a timely, accurate manner
  • Manage multiple CRM systems ensuring all orders are entered and administered correctly

Position requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS office
  • Associates degree desired
  • Prior experience in human resources or staffing industry is a plus
