Office Support

Adecco is assisting a local company recruit for an Office Support position in Santa Clara, CA! This position pays $20/hour, with the hours of 8am-5pm, M-F and lasts until February of 2019.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Manage filing system
  • Schedule appointments
  • Work a high-end printer, copier and scanner
  • Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Great communications skills, verbal and written
  • Computer savvy
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Be able to lift 20lbs
  • Ability to juggle multiple short term projects
  • Experience in an office support related role
Extra points:
  • Some HR/Employee Benefits knowledge.
  • Spanish speaking
