Office Support

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting a qualified candidate for their Office Support role. This position is in the city of Santa Clara, CA This is a part time position that could eventually turn in to full time position, for consideration click the Apply Now button.

This is part time, Monday through Thursday 10am-3pm maximum of 20-25 hours per week (there is some flexibility) May work into a full-time position. Candidate must have an outgoing Personality. The position requires you to be confidential. Security experience a plus Criminal justice a plus! No money handling.

Responsibilities:  

  • Data Entry
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Running daily activity reports
  •  Filing
  • Employee Verification's
  • Tax with holdings (can be trained)
  • Following up with customers

 

Experience:

  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Customer Service
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-phone system
  • 45+ words a min
  • HR experience is a plus

 

The starting pay rate for Office Support is $16-$18 DOE.
