Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Administrative Assistant role in Baton Rouge, LA!

Requirements:
2-4 years’ experience in an administrative/clerical position within an office environment


Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Access

Provides general office clerical support including handling calls, general data entry, mail sorting/delivery. May perform some computer work. Assists with preparation of documentation for departments. Position will receive direction and support.
