Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill an Office Mail Clerk 3 position located in Dallas, TX!

POSITION: Office/Mail Clerk 3

LOCATION: Dallas, TX

DURATION: 3 months (Contract)

HOURS: Full-Time, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $14.50

 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

The Office Mail Clerk 3 functions include sorting checks, keeping payroll records, taking inventory, and distributing mail. Act as an information and communication distributor for an office.

  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
  • Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Taking calls – customer service requests
  • Working in oracle – finding orders
  • Printing shipping documents
  • Checking logs
  • Scheduling pickups for outbound orders

       

Must Have:

 

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have 5 to 7 years administrative/customer service related experience required

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Oracle/SAP knowledge a plus
