Position Details:

PositionOn-Boarding Specialist

ShiftsMon-Fri 8-5

Location: Irving, TX

Pay: $29.00/hr.

Duration: 5 Months 

 


Job Responsibilities/Description: 

  • INA Support Solutions with every day assistance to manage accounts. This includes reporting, daily audits, data entry, and filing of documents for record. They will be involved in Salesforce, SAP, and Excel. Responsible for the analysis and implementation of new customers for the ISMC segments. Communicates directly with Outside Sales Account Manager and new ISMC Accounts on a daily basis to ensure all aspects of customer setup are accurately completed. Will ensure all SLA’s are met by all internal partners.

  • Previous sales and/or account management experience required 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking individual 


Additional Knowledge & Skills 

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience a big plus 
  • Call center experience a plus 
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, trends and processes 
  • Effectively communicate product, price, promotion and procedure information to customers and field sales manager 
  • Participate on cross functional process improvement teams

o Responsible for analysis and implementation of new customers for the ISMC segment.
o Provides single point of contact for implementation efforts
o Communicates with Internal Partners 
o On-boarding involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the implementation of new customers or delivery of a program from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers. 
- Provides a single point of contact for Implementation efforts
- Takes on-boarding from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the on-boarding which may include customers, Sales, DC Operations, Master Data and various departments (e.g. marketing, IT, etc.). 
- Defines on-boarding scope and objectives. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, line management and internal and external resources. Plans and directs On-boarding and monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal/external customer on all matters. 
- Update SFDC in timely manner to provide accurate reporting to all internal resources.
- Assesses on-boarding issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, on-boarding estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts on-boarding meetings and is responsible for implementation deliverables. Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
- Establishes procedures and processes related process improvement of customer transitions

Education/Training
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years project management experience
