POSITION: On-Site Services Specialist
LOCATION: Danville, KY
HOURS: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM M - F
DURATION: 8 weeks (contract)
PAY: $8.75 - 11.59/hr.

Job Description

This position requires standing throughout the day, bending and squatting at times.

Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, if there are any heavier packages that come through, other team members will assist.

Candidate should have some technical aptitude and will be asked to use mailing solutions software.

May be asked to assist within copy center if needed.

Typically Required:

Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Some related mail and copy experience is preferred.

Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Technical aptitude with printers, copy and postage machines and other office equipment

Good customer service skills and Good organization skills a must


95% or more of this position will be strictly mail/packages on a college campus.

This position is to assist with the overload they will experience at the beginning of the school year and semester - - students will be receiving most of their books, dorm supplies, etc. via packages.

Candidate may be asked to ride along with a permanent employee in a campus vehicle, on campus only (the temp will not drive).

Candidate may be asked to assist in the copy center.

Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.

Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.

Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.

May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.

Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations on campus.

Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.

Performs duties related to the shipping and/or receiving of materials.

Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC.

Performs other duties as assigned.
