Online Candidate Specialist II

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Online Candidate Specialist II. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain View, CA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Project overview:

Working with employee referrals, directly connecting them with teams within staffing and providing a magical experience. They will also work on team projects that help improve our service to employees and referrals.

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience. Contribute screening strategies that support the long-term direction of projects. Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements to act as a search expert for a functional area. Conduct research and investigate new ideas to create screening strategies. Interact with recruiters and hiring managers, responding to questions and concerns Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process


  • Work with referrals from employees (role matching, updating/phone screens with candidates).
  • Working with Referrer's and updating them on candidate progress.


  • BA or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales or client service role.
  • Advanced recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience.
  • ATS experience.
  • Expert level understanding of the hiring needs of numerous different technical groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Demonstrated high energy, high motivation and self-direction.
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency.
  • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.


  • 3+ years’ experience with managing staffing programs, marketing campaigns and/or events.
