Online Marketing Specialist


Manage Creation / Development of product website
Manage company website pertaining but not limited to: content update, error analysis, function testing
Develop, maintain, and report monthly marketing reports for online presence
Participate in the strategy, development, execution and optimization of display, social media and advertising, while adhering to brand standards
Develop, manage and optimize content
Manage daily activities related to web, social media, microsites and digital marketing campaigns
Analyze customer behavior to improve digital marketing programs
Conduct landing page and e-mail campaign tests
Manage e-mail marketing programs, lists, imports and permissions
Integrate online activities with offline marketing communication plans to ensure consistency
Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistency of outsourced work
Perform other tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
2-3 years’ experience in relevant Marketing role with digital marketing experience
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, focus and influence
Strong digital copywriting, content marketing and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs
Experience managing successful social media campaigns
Positive attitude and good judgment
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
Well-organized and detail oriented
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
