POSITION: OnSite Services Consultant
LOCATION: Medford, OR 97501
HOURS: 7am-4pm
DURATION: 3 years
PAY: $20.00/HR

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Major purpose:

The OSSC role supports the clients strategic vision to be Our Customers’ First Choice by providing the best service each and every time to customers in helping them manage their inventory

OSSCs engage in activities that drive superior service, customer relationships and incremental revenue growth through the deployment and execution of our suite of solutions in the KeepStock portfolio

Support sales partners drive incremental revenue by providing superior customer service and ensuring flawless execution of onsite service implementation, service delivery and other KeepStock activities.

Understand the customer by establishing and maintaining strong relationships in order to effectively identify, analyze and address needs and service opportunities to then provide relevant solutions.

Major responsibilities and duties:

Collaborate with sales and branch partners to effectively support the KeepStock strategy, better know your customer and determine how the client can provide new solutions to meet their needs and/or expand the client’s services/offerings

Provide ongoing customer support (including training and consulting) for existing services, as well as, new and emerging offerings as they are developed and deployed by the client.

Contribute to higher account growth penetration and customer loyalty by embedding the client processes with each customer.

Leverage CI thinking to identify productivity and efficiency improvements required to build consistency, effectiveness and scale within the KeepStock services operations.

Project Scope/Deliverable:
Servicing Keepstock for Jeld Wen and BNSF customers in the area. Must be consistently available for 8 hours every Wednesday

Major Responsibilities/Key Tasks:

Scan, put away customer product.

Capturing item adds for existing programs.

Using iphone and laptop for order processing and tracking
