Operations Admin Assistant

Adecco is helping a local client hire for an Operations Administrative Assistant role onsite at a warehouse in Madison, WI. This position is a long-term/on-going role with a possibility to move into temp to perm.

The Operations Administrative Assistant provides support to the management team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking attendance and time punches to ensure associates are punching in and out at the correct times.
  • Ensuring proper coding for VAC, PTO, VTO, and LOA.
  • Help with onboarding or LTT and fulltime associates; assist HR with VAC and PTO balances.
  • Keeping notes during certain meetings and documenting comments on Voice of the Associate and Voice of the Business boards.
  • Assisting in escalating issues through HR.

Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Must adhere to confidentiality expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with time tracking and attendance systems
