Operations Administrator


In need of a Full-Time Vehicle Administrator.  The individual in this role will be required to oversee a fleet of vehicles, assist with scheduling and deal with vehicle management.  An individual with high level organizational skills would be an ideal fit. 


· Responsible for day to day vehicle activity to ensure the trucks are checked-in and checked-out properly

· Ensure that all aspects of vehicle maintenance are up to date

· Monitor usage status of all vehicles in fleet in order to proactively order new vehicles from factory. This would be done via the web based interface of our third party Fleet Management provider.

· Coordinate vehicle up-fits

· Troubleshoot / Interact with drivers
