The Talent Programs & Events team, part of People Services, is focused on promoting as an exceptional place to work for experienced talent, building a robust and diverse pipeline of outstanding candidates, and collaborating cross-functionally and globally to build and refine partnerships and outreach. Whether you are developing events that will engage a target engineering profile, building relationships with external organizations, or developing strategy to attract engineers to workforce, you will have an eye on short- and long-term growth needs and a pulse of the broader brand landscape. As a Creative Coordinator, you will: Support the global team in creating graphic assets for events such as tech talks, conferences, company presentations, career panel sessions, receptions, dinners, etc. Create print and online visuals that adhere to Material Design and Alphabet Brand Guidelines for multiple events. Create and maintain various resources and spreadsheet-based tools/dashboards to assist larger events team with organization and operational support. Identify and implement efficiencies for organizing data and workflows. Manage relationships with internal entities to cultivate a strong partnership and enhance the brand in the employment marketplace. Serve as the go between for a variety of creative and analytical tasks; be flexible and comfortable wearing many hats. On occasion, assist some minor event prep logistics (e.g. venue and catering reservations, speaker confirmation, swag orders, shipping and registration management, hotel and travel arrangements etc.) and onsite event support.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Must have BA/BS degree At least six months to one year of relevant experience creating digital and print design materials, of which you could provide samples Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, HTML, and Google Sheets (or equivalent) Skilled with spreadsheet formulas and data organization

Experience with Boolean Logic, Javascript, SQL a huge plus.
