Adeccco Medical and Science has an immediate need for an Operations Analyst. Must have Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical industry experience.


The Operations Analyst supports, facilitates, and accelerates operational improvements across all key NAI Operations work centers. Works with management to develop systems highlighting performance opportunities, analyzes data, implements continuous improvement programs, and supports investments aimed at improving safety and quality while reducing costs.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


• Work closely with Finance to develop data mining systems to highlight opportunities (e.g., develop effective scorecarding), analyze the data, present opportunities and ideas to Operations Leadership (e.g., summary of results of analysis highlighting key opportunities), and facilitate systems to capitalize on the opportunities (e.g., monthly performance meetings with problem solving & follow-up).
• Implement CI Programs: research, adapt to NAI, designing / gaining approval for / installing physical needs, training, coaching, hand-off
• Hourly Performance Tracking
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly / YTD metric reporting
• Problem Solving Meetings > Monthly performance reviews
• Support &/or directly execute CAPEX initiatives
• Provide support to larger projects as directed: obtaining quotes, budgetary tracking, managing PO’s, etc...
• Directly execute assigned CAPEX: Elimination of Totes To Packaging, In-house bagging of SCN product
• Support larger CAPEX executions, e.g., directly or shared management of “shut-down” CAPEX
• Manage Non-CAPEX Initiatives
• Develop &/or cost options e.g., 25 KG box to SCN –v- drums



Qualifications


• Must have an BS Industrial Engineering (or similar degree) and 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing environment
• Must have a working knowledge of continuous improvement programs
• Requires some experience with capital expenditures/project management
• Skilled in Finance systems
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• Versed in cGMP
• Must have good understanding of basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications
• Experience with BaaN or other packaged MRP software experience a plus
