Project Overview:

The Professional Services (PSO) Cardinal Program is a specialized vendor partnership between our company and a certified GCP Partner that allows partners to shadow and learn alongside our lead consultants on key customer engagements. These additional partner resources, or “cardinals”, actively participate in the development of the projects while under the leadership of PSO consultants. The objective of the program is to invest in training and experience with GCP products and solutions that will enable partners to help solve complex customer needs in the field.


Overall Responsibilities:

You will be supporting operations for programs focused on partner services

and deployment services for Cloud (GCP and G Suite). This role will

involve building dashboards and reports for key programs supporting our

Cloud partners and customers. You will also provide operational support for

coordinating vendor contracts to provide those services, as well as

supporting launch activities for new versions of these programs. The ideal

candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, comfortable building

queries and dashboards for executive visibility, comfortable navigating

multiple internal systems and functional groups, and have a passion for

our products. The deal candidate should also be familiar with salesforce.


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

1. Build and publish dashboards to summarize project operations and results.

2. Support program lead in project coordination activities including vendor

contract review and coordinating open issues, project logistics, and

release planning.

3. Developing program guides and documents.


Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 3-5 years of experience in similar role

- 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms

- Comfortable using spreadsheets for data collection / analysis sheets experience specifically a plus)

SQL querying skills

- Project management experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Strong data analysis skills and detail oriented

-Salesforce experience

-Ability to learn new technologies quickly

-Ability to interface with multiple cross-functional teams and external


-Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional geographically

spread team
