Adecco the world Leader in Staffing Solutions has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects of the branch business and budget, including EBITDA, units-on-rent, average rental rates, margins for new and used sales, and margins for delivery and setup work and operating profits. The Branch Manager oversees all employees in the branch (and their additional branch locations if applicable) and has full P & L responsibility for the branch. This position interacts with all levels of employees within the company.

Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:

Achieves operational goals set by the Company.
Responsible for all aspects of branch operations which include ensuring physical inventories are performed monthly and that supplies, tools and equipment are properly used, maintained, and accounted for.
Ensures that all units and toters are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery.
Ensures that the branch is compliant with all OSHA, DOT, and Acton Safety rules and regulations and abides by all Acton rules and procedures.
Provides branch employees with a healthy, safe work environment; conducts regular branch meetings and safety meetings and inspections.
Interviews, hires, and reviews job expectations with each new employee.
Ensures all employees are properly trained.
Works directly with employees to set weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals; works with branch employees to help them achieve their goals.
Conducts timely performance appraisals.
Encourages and insures participation in regional and local associations.
Supports corporate initiatives and decisions; insures that all employees understand, embrace, and act on the Client Focus initiatives.
Builds and maintains customer, vendor, and supplier relationships.
Assists/resolves customer issues in a timely manner.
Keeps area managers informed regarding areas of concern; promptly communicates information from corporate to the branch personnel.
Either manages the prospecting and sales processes or performs these duties if a selling manager.
Ensures all branch prospecting goals are met; follows up on leads, makes calls to potential and existing clients, handles inbound sales calls, makes sales presentations by phone or in-person, generates quotes to potential clients and promptly follows-up.
Creates orders for accepted quotes, maintains data on lost deals, and enters complete and accurate information for existing and potential clients into CRM.
Supports Upper Management and Corporate Policies
Responsible for the achievement of goals as determined by Director of Operations.
Support upper management with all Audits (yearly, 6 monthly etc.)
Keeps upper management informed regarding areas of concern and opportunity.
Maintains workspace as a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Provides Customer Service
Answer all accounts payable questions in a prompt and courteous manner.
Continuous Improvement
Assists in driving a continuous improvement strategy within the business to result in ongoing incremental gains in quality and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business or 10 years of branch level or higher management experience with full P&L responsibility, similar industry preferred.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups both within the organization and outside of the organization.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and high volume workload. Strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative and apply experience in specialized areas of expertise and knowledge.
