Operations Clerk

Job Description:

Provide support to all team members to ensure efficient flow of work in the warehouse. Prioritize inbound and outbound orders to ensure that all customer demands are met.  Experience Operating reach and sit-down lifts.


Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience operating reach and sit-down lifts
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Possesses physical strength necessary to lift boxes and other heavy items on a regular basis
  • Exhibits ability to read and interpret inventory reports and packing slips

  • Possesses broad knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Is capable of employing basic math skills

  • Maintain and update inventory records
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Report any stock issues to management
  • May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Work with customer to resolve any discrepancies on inbounds
  • Assists in unloading inventory from delivery truck as needed
  • Files all delivery and inventory receipts
