Adecco is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator in Grand Rapids MI.  Qualified candidates will have ERP experience and be responsible for completing ERP transactions and Manufacturing Cost Analysis. 

Requirements;

·         PREVIOUS ERP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

·         Analytical ability

·         Communication skills

Responsibilities:

·         Ensures delivery of project commitments, material flows, schedule and quality requirements.

·         Performs timely and accurate inventory transaction; creating/picking. receiving manufacturing orders

·         Assist with the manufacturing cost order analyst; identify planning detail updates, bill of material changes and closures of MO’s

·         Conduct inventory cycle counts, track and report deficiencies, perform root cause analysis

·         Track and report day-to-day operation efficiencies

·         Compilation of required production data necessary for environmental reporting

·         Support customer service; coordinate on-time delivery of open customer orders, send credit checks, receive customer allocations

·         Support purchasing; coordinate on-time raw material delivery, create/receive purchase orders and match PO, PO acknowledgment and packing list

 

Pay for this position is $15/hr with a pay increase at hire. This position will hire in at 90 days.
