Role: Operations Excellence Lead
Contract Length - 1 year (possible extension of another year)
Pay: $20.00/hr.
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Come join a fast­ paced and high ­growth operations team with a mission to deliver an amazing customer experience. Adecco is assisting a Global Search Engine organization to identify an energetic, self-driven candidate for this long term temporary position; up to 2 years, based on your performance. In the Operational Excellence Lead role, you will lead training, quality and process improvement. Successful candidates should have prior experience in process improvement and/or training.


Experience in Operations Coordination
Experience in Project Coordination / Management
Experience driving Process Improvement projects
Excellent Communication Skills, written & verbal
Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of management and cross functional teams
High proficiency in computer skills: spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to develop excellent teams
Ability to creatively solve problems, identify solutions, and resolve issues
Ability to track, manipulate, and analyze large sets of data to drive process improvement


Manages SLA performance through metrics and develops operational improvements to optimize process efficiency while achieving customer experience metrics
Develops and maintains excellent merchant relationships through communication, problem-solving, and proactive relationship building
Evaluates quality issues in operations and identifies and implements improvements with training, SOPs and new/revised tools
Defines, plans, tracks, communicates and coordinates the necessary tasks and sequencing of same to achieve the desired improvement
Works closely with Retail Merchant Managers/Employees, Client Product Management, and Engineering teams to provide input into ongoing product development
Manages/Trains/Motivates a team of operators to execute fulfillment tasks
Develops SOPs and training materials, as necessary
Work with cross functional team to troubleshoot non-­technical account management issues (payments, feeds, policies)
Hours: 5am­ to 11pm, full­ time, covered by multiple shifts, Monday - Sunday
Reliable transportation required; travel between work sites in one shift


Must be able to pass a background check, MVR report, and drug test
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
