Operations Project Coordinator I




Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Operations Project Coordinator I. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Sunnyvale, CA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Position description:

Have specific curricula knowledge and insight of programs to be able to communicate with employee, trainers and facilities and ensure efficient and effective implementation.

Track learning program data, aggregate metrics and provide regular reporting.

Maintain training and events calendar and attendance database; coordinate training rooms, attendees and facilitators.

Provide back-up coverage for content management including content creation and hosting.



  • 2 - 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • BS or BA is any field.
  • Be extremely detail-oriented while doing repetitive tasks.
  • Have strong internet research skills.
  • Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to execute, contribute, and follow-through with minimal direction.
  • Ability to work with, comprehend and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using GSuite.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese language.
