Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Operations Project Coordinator I. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 6 months with the possibility of extending longer and will sit in Sunnyvale, CA.
**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.
Top Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager with day-to-day web portal maintenance and content management for portal
- Collaborate with content owners to publish content on enterprise partner portal
- Manage requests submitted via request ticketing system
- Assist with content modifications, additions and deletions, and implementing approved digital enhancements on website and its platform
- Creating and editing basic web content using HTML within a CMS Work closely with our web development team in reporting bugs and coming up with new web features as well as maintaining all aspects of web usability, content, and design
- Testing content and development/feature changes across multiple devices/browsers and providing approval before release to production site
Requirements:
- Must be able to easily handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and maintain a workload of projects
- 2-5 years of web experience, preferably on a large, consumer-facing e-commerce website
- Being a fast, independent learner able to master new skills quickly
- Excellent organization and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter. Proven ability to drive projects to completion with good decision-making
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet short
Desired
- Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS concept
- Website management and design skills
- Experience with web content management systems
- Sales force or Jive content admin a plus
- Experience using Google Drive, etc.
