Title: Operation Project Coordinator I

Pay: $45/hr

Location: Mountain View, CA

Contract Length: 8 month - 1 year

Start Date: ASAP


Project Overview: 
Work with a broad cross-functional team in Mountain View and across 10 local cities to coordinate retail store programs. Manage the launch, execution and process improvement of programs retail.  12 stores in 10 cities nationwide. 
Improve real estate and retail operations through standardized documentation of operations, analysis on retail support escalation tickets, partner with AV/Network and facilities vendors to improve retail and office logistics. 
Help drive day to day issue resolution for new  operations escalations.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
Retail store programs: 
Create clear and concise specifications of in-store programs for communication to executors of  (retail) teams 
Coordinate the implementation of in-store execution with vendor and ensure work is up to standards. 
Manage and track budgets that include monthly opex and capex spend related to Retail and Office budgets as well as Retail Marketing spend 
On a yearly basis analyze the monthly opex spend and create the forecast for the following year based on actuals. 
Reconcile actual spend vs budget 
Create and send cross functional team communications to local  teams and cross-functional team owners/vendors regarding in-store programs. Communications such as meeting minutes, agendas and requests for information/action. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
Track and audit in-store technology needs and help resolve issues with vendor. 
Navigate the contract process to upload documents, launch deal folders, update approvals, and get contracts completed through execution. 
Navigate the PO process in order to open, manage and budget accruals for relevant spend. 
Create presentations for projects to showcase objectives, work plans and results 
Coordinate communications with Marketing/PR/vendor teams and follow-up on execution 

Required Skills: 
BA/BS college degree in any field of study 
5 years in project management and/or analyst 
1 -2 years of experience with retail - either stores or ecommerce 
Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets. Ability to perform analyses on spreadsheets 
Create presentations in Powerpoint/Google Slides 
Experience managing projects from beginning to end 
Ability to see project from beginning to execution 
Problem solver 
Clear, concise and effective communication, both written and verbal 
Can safely lift 15 lbs. and can maneuver throughout the retail store and office floors
