Operations Project Coordinator II

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Operations Project Coordinator. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain view, CA.

*This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop Disaster Readiness Assessment Framework in collaboration with Risk and vertical teams to ensure business continuity for verticals

· Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to conduct disaster readiness analysis

· Help drive the socialization, adoption, implementation, ongoing maintenance and evolution of the resiliency program.

Mandatory Skills:

· Experience in the outsourcing industry in setting and driving outsourcing strategies and business improvements with a focus on BCP

· Experience in devising and implementing strategies and business improvements  

· Experience in leading cross functional projects/programs
