Overview You’ll work closely with other team members, program members, product managers, and marketing teams on a wide range of content for our product webinar program. The team is looking for a person that has experience building a partner webinar program framework as well as supporting the creation of a consistent stream of good session topics. The first priority is to create a new microsite build on DefJam technology that serves as the landing page for registrations for all our partner webinars. Success will be measure by delivering a seamless partner registration experience as well as satisfaction scores from session surveys. Responsibilities Have specific knowledge and insight of partner enablement/webinar programs to be able to develop and execute a partner webinar strategy and governance model that is socialized across internal audiences and promoted with partners. Project manage execution of the strategy, Develop and execute the creation of a webinar registration site from site structure, to content, to search/filter functionality to registration emails and follow up communications. Create content for a new registration system and pages and set up model that can be scaled globally. Develop a content submission system and work with presenters on how to message their sessions so that partners understand the value their session provides to their business Finetune existing survey language to optimize results while gathering valuable input from partners Work with marketing team on promoting content in newsletters or other promotional vehicles Track program data, aggregate metrics and provide regular reporting. Develop effective way to maintain training and events calendar and an attendance database that is aligned to our privacy policies Provide back-up coverage for hosting online events (moderating)

BA in marketing or communication 5+ years as a writer or webinar program manager for a channel/partner audience 3+ years in creating and building web pages for online events/webinars Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must Knowledge of the partner / channel ecosystem and how to appeal to a partner audience Good organization and project management skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Detail oriented while being OK with having to perform repetitive tasks.
