POSITION: Project Manager
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH (45202)
DURATION: 6+ month contract


Essential Job Functions:


The PM will be responsible for implementing retail digital and e-commerce projects from start to finish.



Position Summary
Responsible for the leadership of the Project team and coordinating the development of solutions, processes and execution as assigned. Guide and direct the use of appropriate tools, insights and methods to gather, summarize, and analyze data necessary for solution development including rollout direction and follow up. Support objectives and coordination with cross functional teams within G.O. and Divisions. Develop solutions working collaboratively with G.O., Divisions and Store Associates in support of our Customer 1st Strategy. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions

Lead Project team in the design of streamlined enterprise-level business processes that increase efficiencies, decrease cost, and meet our Customer 1st Strategy.
Coordinate between departments, vendors and divisions for solution development and deployment.
Define and document current and future state business processes, identify process improvement needs and develop plans to implement suggested improvements.
Guide the facilitation of working sessions to develop current and future state processes.
Consult with subject matter experts to develop potential business and technology solutions; advise on impact to business processes.
Establish and maintain relationships with Division Leadership and associates including the Division Rollout Manager to understand, document and define business processes (current and future state).
Establish and maintain relationships with Senior Management to understand and document business strategies.
Work with Corporate Training and Development to develop training modules consistent with the standards.
Work with the Controller to document the financial impact of the project in conjunction with the Technology Project lead.
Lead and develop indirect reports including subject matter experts, field staff and process analysts.

Qualifications:


3+years of Project Management
Must have digital project management and retail experience




Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
5 years experience in business process review and improvement
5 years direct project management experience
Established working knowledge of the Front End Business of the stores
Ability to guide a team of highly driven and talented individuals
Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies
Ability to direct the development and documentation of business processes; experience in re-engineering business processes from current state to future state
Ability to escalate issues appropriately and drive them to resolution
Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions
Ability to maintain a solutions-focused approach
