Job Title: Operation Help Desk Specialist
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, 8:30AM to 5:30PM and/or 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Location: Hartford, CT
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Image Delivery Operations is the Image Data Center of Excellence for Internal and External clients. The candidate will be responsible for executing technical support for the Image Onsite software via phone and email. The role requires effective coordination with teammates, business partners and clients in resolving complex issues with installing or updating the Image Onsite software. In addition, the candidate will be expected to learn the end-to-end process for all Image Delivery processes. This is an operations environment which has daily/monthly deliverables that must be met in order to meet/exceed client SLA’s. This role will also support some project deliverables tied to an upcoming software upgrade that will impact all clients.

Through the use of relational databases and other reporting tools, compiles data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal processes. Prepares reports for management review. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Required skills:
• Experience with Windows 7, 8, 10
• Experience with Windows Server 2008 & 2012
• 1-3 years technical customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure of heavy workloads and deadlines
• Proven organizational and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Accustomed to multi-tasking and able to shift priorities quickly
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak volume week(s)

Desired skills:
• Minimum of 1 year of Operations experience
• Interest in Technology and learning equipment
