General Clerk – Charlotte, NC
3 Months
Monday – Friday
$12.04 / hr.
 
Specific Duties

  • Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties using a computer terminal, typewriter and or word processor.
Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Documentation in question is of a legal nature
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a varity of complicated tasks
  • May direct and lead the work of others
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, typing 40 wpm
  • Good communication skills
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
