Minimum 2 years managing in a financial services/account management industry
Minimum 2 years customer service in loan servicing
Knowledge of banking and financial terminology and ability to perform complex calculations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to react quickly in response to unplanned events which severly impact ongoing operations (i.e., power or phone outages)
