POSITION: Operations Support Specialist II
LOCATION: WILTON CT
DURATION: 6 -8 months (contract)
HOURS: 8:00am to 5pm
PAY RATE: 25 per hour

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary responsibility is to facilitate transaction processing and perform daily reconciliations of critical business systems.
• Posts advances and payments when necessary.
• Coordinates with Shared Services (Loan Operations) and borrower on fundings, advances and payments.
• Gains approval from Relationship Managers and/or Credit Officers to process advances, loan maturities and delinquencies.
• On a daily basis, performs reconciliations of relevant systems to ensure all systems of record are in sync.
• Research and resolve variances using FileNet, Fidelity System, etc.
• Reconciliation of Loan Management Systems or bank accounts such as Cash Collateral and other reports prior to end of day activities.
• Assists in the preparation and distribution of COE backlog and delinquency reports.
• Focus on process improvements and driving efficiencies along with reduction in non-value added work.

Customer
• Understand and support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy.
• Considers the impact of decisions on the well-being of TD, its Customers and stakeholders.
• Provide the highest level of Customer service when dealing with internal partners, vendors or our Customers - WOW at every
opportunity.
• Model quality service delivery at every interaction.
• Lead and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the partner/Customer experience within the team.
Shareholder
• Identify opportunities for cost savings as applicable.
• Awareness of vendor time, contracts, and charges as applicable.
• Ensure tasks are performed within established policy and procedures.
• Participate in civic activities to promote growth and development of the community and a positive image for TD.
• Successfully complete all required job specific, compliance-related training. Understand, utilize and follow compliance/risk and control
programs.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal / external audit and regulatory requirements. Provide prompt and comprehensive response
to all external audit, regulator and compliance requests and findings. Maintain appropriate records of action plans.

MUST HAVE:

• Associates degree and/or Bachelor’s degree
• 2 + Years of related experience involving:
• Knowledge and practical experience with accounting entry practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking products/services and offerings.
• Prefer experience with excel, word or related software.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Developed PC skills including proficiency and capability in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of credit and Customer information.
• Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Exhibits the ability to gather, consolidate, and summarize data to provide management reports.
• Effective time management skills.

Nice to have:
knowledge of AML KYC/CIP compliance documentation

EDUCATION:
Associates degree and/or Bachelor’s degree
• 2 + Years of related experience
