*Provide excellent customer service to Law Enforcement and Military Customers.

*Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, VP of sales, sales team and CEO/CFO.

*General Clerical duties. Coordinate: apts, meetings, conferences, tradeshow events etc. answer/transfers calls. filing, mailing, copying, organize, maintain database with high level of accuracy.

*Provide inside sales support to sales staff, quotations and invoicing for products by using quick books. 

*Utilize Microsoft outlook, office 365, word, excel, power point.

* Create and modify marketing materials w/publisher and utilize icontact software for creating marketing campaigns.


*Ability work well under pressure, independently, as a team.

*Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and posses a positive can-do attitude.

*Knowledge of government purchasing/contracting. law enforcement or military operations is ideal, although not required.


Minimum 2 year experience performing duties similar to those described.


Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required.
