Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Ops Specialist III
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Concierge Service Associates, or CSA’s are responsible for providing a positive customer experience for both in-house and direct/third party customers. CSA’s main function will be to act as a workflow coordinator for the commercial real estate line of business. Responding to correspondence from consumers, third parties, business partners, handling simplified requests as well as doing special projects from time to time. The CSA must work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality partnerships with Relationship Administrators and clients. The CSA must be able to multitask many items at once

Create a connection and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service
Ensure customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs
Build, develop and maintain partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers
Accurately and efficiently process transactions
Assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, and escalate to manager as appropriate
Inform and educate customers on how to conduct simple transactions through self-service technologies
Follow established policies, procedures and guidelines to protect both our customers and the bank
May be required to work Saturdays and/or extended hours
Proven results in exceeding goals in a customer-centric, results-driven environment
Minimum of six months customer service experience in financial services, goal-oriented environment
Thrive on engaging with customers; can begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections
Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Strong communication/written skills (including verbal and non-verbal) and active listening skills
Careful attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Commercial real estate experience (Desired)
