POSITION: Data Entry/Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: Portland, OR

PAY: $22.00 /hr

DURATION: 3 months (Temp to Perm)

HOURS: 8am - 5pm


Position Profile:

The Administrative Assistant organizes department functions and meetings, answers questions pertaining to company policies and provides administrative support for typically a small department. The candidate exercises minimal independent judgment. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, special project coordination, word processing, meeting preparation and support, timesheet/attendance tracking, purchase orders processing, travel coordination, ordering supplies, expense reporting etc. The candidate supports and assists in the day to day activities of the department.


Job Duties:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in spelling, grammar, and composition
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 60 WPM
  • Ability to use the internet and online tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
