This order entry position will be working in the Order Management department.

Duties will include:                                                                                       

•  Understand customer purchase order requirements and how the information is applicable to the production of the steel
• Enter orders using appropriate technologies into a legacy entry system
• Review and check legacy orders for errors and discrepancies
• Process customer order changes 
• Review and resolve order issues with internal departments (Sales & Marketing, Plant Quality, Central Quality, etc.)
Minimum Requirements:

•Fast & accurate typing skills
•Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
•Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware 
•Basic understanding of databases
•Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
•Great attention to detail

• Data/Order entry experience

Education Requirements:
