Adecco is currently in partnership with SIG SAUER to fill a temporary OSP Production Coordinator role to cover for someone on maternity leave. This will be a mix of administrative tasks as well as helping out on the manufacturing floor in the OSP area when needed. *Assists the OSP Manager in the coordination of orders to/from outside vendors.
*Distributes OSP delivery reports to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
*Assists the OSP area in busy periods or when personnel are out.
*Performs Oracle analysis to correct OSP vendor invoice discrepancies.
*Provides documentation to OSP vendors when requested.
*Reviews OSP work in progress and monitors vendor throughput looking for aged orders and discrepancies.
*Provides input to the WIP crash response team for OSP responsible materials
*Assist in day-to-day department operations.
*Provides logistical assistance to the OSP Manager.
*Performs OSP inventory cycle counts
*Schedules courier services.
*Place orders for supplies and services.
*May expedite material.
Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED.
*2-4 years of previous experience working in a inventory or production control environment is strongly preferred
*Ability to perform basic calculations.
*Familiarity with Master Production Schedules and Work Orders is preferred.
*Experience working with MS Office Applications.
*Experience with Oracle is preferred but not necessary.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and pay will be $15-16 per hour.
